Home Learning Welcome

Dear Parents/Carers, 

Whilst your children are learning from home, we will be updating their work via this school website. Each year group has its own page which will be updated regularly by teachers.  

Many children crave routines, and being home from school can make things feel unpredictable. We have included a suggested timetable below that you could modify to suit the needs of your family. You could even ask the children to help you to create this.  

Before 9:00 AM 

Wake up! 

Make your bed, eat breakfast, brush teeth, get dressed 

9:00-9.30 

Active Time 

Family walk or outdoor play/Joe Wicks 5 minute move/Yoga 

9.30-11:00 

* including brain breaks 

Academic Time 

No Electronics! Reading, homework, quiet time, puzzles, board games 

11:00-11:30 

Creative Time 

Creative play, drawing, Legos, crafts, music, cooking, baking, colouring, messy play 

11.30-12.00 

Reading Time 

Reading newspapers, magazine, books- Fill in activity journal 

12:00-1:00 

LUNCH 

 

1:00-1:30 

Home Chores 

Clean rooms, put away toys, take out rubbish, pet care 

1:30-2.00 

Active Time
